The SmartFill system offers automatic air cushion separation with high-speed transport for quick release, featuring a low cycle time of 300ms for a 150mm / 6″ cushion. It dispenses pre-separated cushions at arm’s length of the operator, optimizing working conditions. The system includes a large touch screen operating panel, wireless for easy integration into existing setups.

It operates in three modes:

1. Manual mode with foot pedal or voice control.
2. Semi-automatic mode with pre-defined lengths to choose from the touch panel.
3. Automatic replenishment of a pre-set number of cushions.

When used in conjunction with the AIRPAD Scanner, the SmartFill system enhances efficiency and precision in the packaging process.
