Refund and Returns Policy
DELIVERY AND RETURN CONDITIONS
• The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, the payment method, and the preliminary information regarding delivery on the website http://www.opalambalaj.com, belonging to the SELLER, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
• The product subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/entity at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER’s residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
• If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/entity other than the BUYER, the SELLER shall not be held responsible for the refusal of delivery by the person/entity to whom the product is to be delivered.
• The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract in sound, complete, by the specified qualifications in the order, and, if any, with warranty documents and user manuals.
• For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, it is necessary for the signed copy of this agreement to be delivered to the SELLER and for the payment to be made by the BUYER in the payment method preferred by the BUYER. In case the price of the product is not paid for any reason or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER shall be deemed to have been relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.
• If, after the delivery of the product, the product price is not paid to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution due to unauthorized use by unauthorized persons, not caused by the BUYER’s fault, the product must be returned to the SELLER within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to the BUYER. In this case, the shipping costs shall be borne by the BUYER.
• If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the agreed period due to force majeure or extraordinary situations such as adverse weather conditions that prevent transportation, it is obliged to notify the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may cancel the order, request the replacement of the product with an equivalent if available, and/or postpone the delivery period until the obstructive situation is eliminated. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded to them within 10 days in cash and at once.
• Defective or faulty products, whether sold with a warranty certificate or not, can be sent to the SELLER for necessary repairs within the warranty conditions, and in this case, the shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER.
• The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the delivery of the product to themselves or the person/entity at the address indicated. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the SELLER by fax, e-mail, or telephone within this period. The product must not have been used within the framework of Article 6 provisions. In case of exercising this right, it is mandatory to return the original invoice with a cargo delivery report indicating that the product delivered to the third party or the BUYER has been sent to the SELLER. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 7 days after receiving these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal will be covered by the SELLER.
• Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, disposable products, copyable software and programs, consumables, perishable or expired products, and services are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
